The SAAA office is OPEN and we are here to serve you!
In accordance with the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) masks/face coverings will no longer be required by SAAA for fully vaccinated individuals to participate in most meetings, programs, classes or events. Unvaccinated people will need to continue mask wearing and social distancing, and all individuals should take appropriate measures to protect their health.
Please note: Some event venues may require face coverings of all individuals and SAAA attendees will be expected to comply with venue protocols.
We reserve the right to amend or reinstate protocols deemed appropriate or recommended by the CDC or other relevant authorities.
Registrations: You may cancel a registration for a program, class or event up to 10 business days prior by submitting in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
Cook-Off & Tradeshow Booths: You may cancel a Tradeshow or Cook-Off Booth reservation up to 30 business days prior to the event by submitting in writing to email@example.com. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds will be honored.
PAC Events: There are no cancellations or refunds for any PAC event registration. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
