Cancellation policy
Registrations: You may cancel a registration for a program, class or event up to 14 days prior by submitting in writing to info@saaaonline.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
Tradeshow Booths: You may cancel a Tradeshow Booth reservation up to 30 business days prior to the event by submitting in writing to sandra@saaaonline.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds will be honored.
PAC Events: There are no cancellations or refunds for any PAC event registration. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
