We have had several successful virtual Business Exchanges but we are pleased to bring this signature event back to an in-person setting at a new venue on the Northwest side!
The PAC Business Exchange will take place on Tuesday, September 14th at the DoubleTree Northwest (DoubleTree Northwest, 6809 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX 78249).
Each Supplier Member will have a professional meeting session with decision makers of Owner/Management companies for four minutes. Owner/Management companies will be stationary on one table; Supplier Members will be moving from one table to the next. A bell will designate when a meeting session starts and when it ends. Once a meeting session ends each vendor is to move quickly to the next table.
After the Exchange ends everyone is welcome to move into the Reception Area. This is another opportunity to meet with and perhaps continue your conversations with suppliers in a more relaxed setting.
Steps to register:
1.   Log into the San Antonio Apartment Association website (
2.   Go to the Events tab and click “Upcoming Events”
3.   Scroll down or search for “PAC Business Exchange” and select “PAC Business Exchange II – Registration”
4.   On the registration page there is a registration link in the event details. At 10:00 AM on August 10th this link will go live and will take you to an online form to complete.
5.   Complete the online registration form and submit payment. The cost of the Business Exchange is $600.00. Please note that this is a PAC donation.*

*Special Note on PAC Donations: State law prohibits corporate contributions to PACs. Therefore, donations cannot be paid with corporate checks or corporate credit cards. Your SAAA account cannot be billed. Personal, sole proprietor or partnership checks should be made payable to “SAAA PAC” and will be used as political contributions for local candidates favorable to the rental housing industry. Or, you may charge your personal, sole proprietor or partnership credit card. All contributions are voluntary and you may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggested. SAAA PAC will not favor nor disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or the decision whether or not to contribute. In addition, political committees are required by law to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual.
