Recently approved by City Council, the Proactive Apartment Inspections Program focuses on ensuring complexes are meeting minimum code standards and provide safer housing conditions for local renters. 

The San Antonio Apartment Association will give an overview of how it will work, the type of code violations that count towards having to register, and what needs to be accomplished by the property to "graduate" from the program. 

Property owners, management teams, and maintenance teams are welcome to attend.
