TDHCA has adopted new requirements implementing the federal Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) for HOME, HOME-ARP Rental, and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) properties. While the implementation date has been extended to October 1, 2026, affected owners and management companies should begin preparing now.
