Professional Bio
Kimberly Keener began her career in property management as an Assistant Manager in the DFW region. She received her CAM designation from the AAGD and was the Designate of the Year in 1997. Since that time Kimberly has acquired experience in managing a variety of assets from Conventional/market rate, Affordable Housing, Class A-C, REITS, Fee Managed and Owner Managed assets.
Currently, Kimberly is the Regional Property Manager for Greystone’s South Texas Region, specializing in take-overs, turning around troubled assets, team development and training.
Prior to Joining Greystone, Kimberly worked for an Affordable Housing Developer providing support services, including new business development and other services ranging from LIHTC application to stabilization of renovated and new construction communities.
Ms. Keener holds a CAM designation through TAA and earned her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2008
