Christina Marquez, CAM, LCAM, is a Regional Vice President with ResProp Management, where she oversees 30 multifamily communities across Texas, with a primary focus on affordable housing. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she has successfully led conventional, affordable, lease-up, and repositioning portfolios across multiple markets.

Christina is passionate about building strong teams, driving operational performance, and developing lasting client relationships. She currently serves on the San Antonio Apartment Association Board of Directors.
