Cancellation Policy

When you cancel

Unless otherwise specified, all cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to 10 business days in advance of the program, class or event. In most circumstances, registrations may be transferred to another individual within your company. All no shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price of the program, event or class and no refunds will be honored.

*Some events or classes may have specific cancellation policies that differ from above.

When an event  or class is postponed

SAAA will always endeavor to produce events on the dates they were originally scheduled. In the event of extreme weather events or other extreme circumstances (as determined at the sole discretion of SAAA) the date(s) of the event may be postponed and rescheduled at another date. Cancellations will not be allowed unless hardship or conflict with the rescheduled dates can be clearly demonstrated. In most cases, registration can be transferred to another individual within your company. The decision to postpone an event or class is at the sole discretion of SAAA and will not entitle registrants to rights or damages resulting from the postponement.

When we cancel an event or class

In certain rare circumstances, it may be necessary for SAAA to cancel a program, event or class. Should this occur, all pre-paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member account. The decision to cancel an event or class is at the sole discretion of SAAA and will not entitle registrants to rights or damages resulting from the cancellation.
