PLEASE NOTE: The San Antonio Apartment Association is an organization which provides membership to multi-family and rental housing owners/managers in and around the San Antonio area.

We are not structured to receive resident complaints and do not provide mediation services. We strongly recommend that you review your lease in its entirety and document your concerns in writing to the owner of the property. If you have a signed TAA lease, page 6 should provide you with contact information of the owner and/or owner's representative.

• The Notice to Vacate is not an eviction. It is only the first step in the eviction process and does not mean you must move out immediately. You still have time to resolve the issue.
