Organization Overview
CashFlow Pros is an all encompassing third party solution that's designed specifically for property management. We found that across the industry there is an Operations team and Accounting team, but no specific team to handle the day to day needs regarding the cash impacts of a property. From this, we created products and services to provide Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Treasury Management, Mortgage & Escrow Analysis, and Consulting. This took the guesswork out of forecasting with our advanced analytic software, which in turn increases Operations and Accounting teams efficiency, productivity, and ability to make accurate decisions quickly.
