Owner/Management that is a current member of SAAA adding units.
Small Owner
    

Same as "Owner/Manager" above with 25 units or less.
Owner
    

The owner or managing agent for 26+ rental unitsshall be the member. As an "Owner/Management" member, all units owned/managed by said member shall be reported and dues paid for all the units. An apartment community that is self managed must pay owner member dues and unit dues.
 
Associate
    

A business that supplies products or services to the multifamily housing industry.
