SAAA Owner Membership consists of over 400 Management Companies, Owners and Independent Owners. 

Legal Forms: Exclusive use of TAA leases, forms, Redbook (legal Reference Book) and Bluemoon software.  TAA leases are widely regarded as the best in the nation for over 30 years.

Educational Opportunities: Designation Courses, Industry Specific Seminars and online University.

Legislative Advocacy: Works to protect and further the interests of the rental housing industry through legislation at the local, state and national level saving our industry millions of dollars every year.

Online Career Center: Post openings for industry specific positions.

Communications: Subscription to Residence Magazine (also online) and Weekly Updates.

TAA & NAA Membership: Membership in SAAA automatically makes you a member with TAA & NAA giving you access to valuable industry information.

Networking: Events are held throughout the year such as, Cook-off, Maintenance Appreciation Day, Casino Night, Industry Achievement Awards, PAC Golf Tournament and Business Expo.

Membership Pricing: All Memberships are based on a fiscal calendar year, by when a company or property joins SAAA.  All membership dues are considered annual dues.  No prorating.

$200 Annual Dues plus $3 per unit and a $50 new member processing fee.

(Price includes TAA and NAA dues along with $11.36 which is 5.68%, towards supporting Government Relations)

SAAA consists of nearly 400 Vendor Members providing products and services to the rental property industry. Our total membership includes over 400 Owner/Management Companies representing over 800 apartment communities equaling nearly 150,000 rental units.
