There will be no cancellations or refunds of Sponsorships.
Refunds or cancellations of booths, tabletops or other non-registration, non-sponsorship related sales for any event must be requested by the purchaser in advance a minimum of 45 days prior to the event.
Cancellations for Education Classes or Seminars must be requested by the purchaser a minimum of 5 business days prior to the class. There will be no refunds issued, however, if payment has been made an individual is unable to attend, the company’s account will be credited the amount of the payment and an employee of that company may attend the next time the class is scheduled.
Cancellations of registrations for all events must be received a minimum of 10 business days prior to the scheduled event to receive a refund. All no-shows will be billed and there will be no refunds.
