MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Owner/Management	"Owner/Management" - The owner or managing agent for 26+ rental units shall be the member. As an "Owner/Management" member, all units owned/managed by said member shall be reported and dues paid for all the units. An apartment community that is self managed must pay owner member dues and unit dues.
Small Owner	Same as "Owner/Management" above with 25 units or less.
Owner/Management (Adding Units only)	Owner Management that is a current member of SAAA adding units.
Associate/Supplier	A business that supplies products or services to the multifamily housing industry.

The above information includes all properties/units in the San Antonio area that are owned/managed or controlled by the above company. Your signature constitutes your agreement to abide by the code of ethics of SAAA. In the event of termination of membership, you agree to discontinue immediately the use of SAAA logo, TAA forms and membership services. If any incorrect information is discovered after your membership has been approved, it may be grounds for termination.
